THE CARE MANIFESTO™

Making Care Sustainable -By Design

THE CRISIS

We Cannot Hire Our Way Out of This

We cannot hire our way out of the caregiver shortage.

By 2030, the world will be 11 million caregivers short. In the United States alone, 63 million people provide unpaid care worth $870 billion annually.

The math is simple and brutal: there are not enough humans to care for aging humans.

And yet, the industry’s response has been predictable.
More software. More dashboards. More logins.

As if complexity could somehow solve a human shortage.

THE VILLAIN

TangleWare™ Is a Tax on Human Time

I call it TangleWare™: the fragmented web of disconnected software platforms that create an Administrative Drag for care providers.

Every login.
Every click.
Every post-shift documentation session.

Each one is a tax on human time — time stolen from care, rest, and dignity.

TangleWare™ didn’t just break our systems.
It stole our joy.

THE SOLUTION

Infrastructure, Not More Software

The answer isn’t better software.
The answer is infrastructure.

Work as Services (WAS) doesn’t give caregivers a shovel and tell them to dig.
It provides the hole.

THE PROMISE

Making Care Human Again

My mission is to use Work as Services to dismantle the Tangle. We are building the Autonomous Care OS not to make care “faster,” but to make it Human again.

That is the only way to make care sustainable.
